If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
To allow swift returns processing please submit your return request via the "My Returns" section of your expressgrass online account.
Alternatively please submit a return via My Order Details
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
When placing an order, which involved stating your required dimensions for the item, your order is tailored uniquely to your bespoke size. If you wish to cancel your order after the item has been cut to size (cutting commences immediately after payment is received), we charge a minimum cutting fee of $50, or 25% of the total value, excluding delivery - whichever is greater.
Boxed / Retail packaged items such as underlays and adhesives are not cut to size and are therefore not subject to cutting fees.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or PayPal.
Return Delivery Cost
You will be responsible for paying for your own costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
