Cancel Orders - Duplicate Orders - Amend Orders

You can cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet.
Go to My Orders within your expressgrass account and select the order you want to cancel.

This is ideal if you wish to:

  • Amend the item size / qty or delivery method with the placement of a new order.

  • Delete Duplicate orders made in error.

  • Update incorrect invoice or delivery address details.

Due to our automated cutting and express delivery services orders could be processed and despatched within 10 minutes of placement. 

The "Cancel Order" option will only be shown for eligible orders.  A Returns Request RMA may be submited for orders that have already been invoiced and despatched.
